About this Workshop Series

During this mini-series you’ll learn and experience a creative new framework and language that details the process of supporting secure attachment in relationships.

Our early attachment patterns are the most influential aspect of our physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual lives.

Our attachment patterns or (survival strategies) are imprinted and encoded in our body- based memories. By becoming aware of what did and often what did NOT happen is the beginning of the repatterning process.

Are you aware of how your early attachment patterns are
  • Impacting your relationships on a daily basis?
  • Supporting your greatest accomplishments?
  • Preventing you from expressing your full self?

The developmental shift into (l)earning secure selfhood or attachment comes from repatterning our early adaptive strategies and learning to yield into life.

This course provides a brief introduction to the framework and principles of the Circle of Security Parenting Program among many other modalities. If you wish to explore the full training go here: https://www.circleofsecurityinternational.com
The Circle of Security is a program based upon five decades of research-based principles about how secure attachment can be supported.
